hey, how hard would it be to tap into the air box under the dash to have some like 1.5" or so pipes run down the middle to the back (stopping under the front seats) so the rear passengers get some warm air during winter? :confused:

i was also wondering bout this a while ago.
baeline is. complete custom chunky ass centre console.
then it could be done. u could tap it tto run off the feet blower piping channels.

well if i can get oval shaped pipes, ill have the room for it :D...
but no clue where to get flexiable oval shaped pipes from for cheat

Hmm, I might look into something like this, not only for the hot air but because my console has cracks and what not into it so I'll build my own custom middle console I think.

nah, the foot air vents are actually small rectrangular vents. approx 3.5cm x 1.5cm
if you modify the centre console with fibreglass and flare it out abit, near the gear shifter, then have it bow back into near the handbrake. then it should work quite well, and then just retro fit a grill to the back of the console.

thats what ive done, but its still not finished as i need the handbrake centre console part to continue (which im getting soon hopefully :) )
thus y i have the space for it

its made from wood as it was cheap and i had tools to work with it. and then im having material covering the lot, so i can make grooves for the pipes or just hang the material over it on the sides lol

ummm, hmmm lol
well, u can always try. but yeah if u need spare tubing, i have some from the mu11 that is junk for me now

it should turn out alright, and if not, itll be practical, which is all i really care about

meh., so long as it suits ure needs and ure not trying to make it be impressive for anyone else or anything, then theres no prob. so long as it works.
how is ya dash anyway, remember u were doing that.
