hey ppl i am getting a new Exhaust some time this week (thanks to my great tax return  ) and being me i don't know much about performance systems. one of me mates said that i should look at getting: Pacemaker extractors with a 2 1/2 single manded vent with a hi-flow catalat convertor with a single straight through muffler. i went to a place down the road and they reckon about $1150 fitted(and yes i am gonna shop around). can ne 1 give me some feed back on this?? i have a 1997 advance TF 3L if that helps

Sounds like a decent price to me, probably might be able to get it closer to the $1k mark if you shop around, depends where you live/what exhaust shops you go to.

Well,
RPW Extractors are better than Pacemaker exractors, but not by that much you would notice any difference if you compared (they also more expensive)
2.5 Inch Mendrel Bend everything straight tough pipe
High Flow Cat
Any high performance Muffler (most ppl go Lukey Ultraflow cause its aussie made and cheap)

With all that, pretty much cant get anything better. :D

Oh, It may be too loud for your liking. If so, get yourself a resonator (pretty cheap), but they kill performance (Very slightly)

Unless you get a straight through resonator. I have 2.5" single mandrel bend piping, straight through resonator, and 2 straight through mufflers (with a dual chrome tip on each side). My whole system is Berklee and i would recommend them to anyone. I Paid about $800 including install, so $1100 including extractors sounds like a bargain. But what brand is the muffler and cat?
