somethings wrong with my car the air intake system I think. when im cruising with the foot off the pedal the revs drop to 1,000 then 500 then rise to 1,000 and this continues until I accelerate. the car feels like its going to die but it doesn't, well it hasnt yet.

is it the MAS? any ideas?

only 1 pod on there, same smokey CAI kit on there just a new metal pod.

Is it oval or round..?

If its round, you need the oval pod so that it don't confuse the MAS.. From what I've heard!

Oh.. You got a Astron 2nd Gen.. Im pretty sure that oval/round thing doesnt matter.. Check your spark too.. Is it missing..?

i've been using the round pods for years, havent had a problem. but now I've switched from cotton fibre to metal maybe thats why? i'll check the spark plugs tho.
