35% but most places i know even though it looks crap the front windows (drivers and passenger front ) have to be 35% and the rest (rear and back windscreen) can be as dark as you like ie 5%.
front screen is a no no at all.

35% in NSW but you can virtually see str8 thru it. Got 5% done at home for $200. looks great on the car, plenty of privacy, but for some it is a little dark for night time driving.

Yeah its 35% on side windows and what ever you want on the rear window. (VIC)

Try and make sure it is legal not so much for the cops but your insurance company. If you have a stack and you have an illegal tint on your car, the best bet is that they wont cover you at all. They find any way of getting out of payouts.

Best thing to do if you do have illegal tint and you have a stack is get the stacked car delivered to your place or a panel beater you know so you can get the tint taken off before you get an assessor to look at it.

Same goes for any mod that isnt in your policy like lowering, spoilers, wheels etc. I know it sux but the best thing to do with any insurance company is to be as honest as you can.
