i just got back from the place that is fitting my system next week and it looks like i am gonna pay $1600 for the pacemaker extractors, 2 1/2 single mandle, hi-flow cat convertor and a tip BUT the guy said that if they just use my cat it would decreese the price by over $300. is just so happens that i am addictid to power so if i did this would i loose much or any power???

1600 bux  ..i have a feeling your getting ripped,..should be closer to 900-1000bux, add another 300 or so for a cat...
i got a set of pacemakers and a redback(which had to be shortened) all fitted for 900 bux

id say get another quote that sounds expensive, did u try going to a workshop that only does exhausts ?
i got my lukey headers, full exhaust 2 1/4 inch into lukey ultraflo muffler for only 550 with install. no cat upgrade though thats anywhere between 150-300. resonator is about 60
im my opinion u should be paying under 1000.

btw mandrel bent is more expensive than press bent(which i got)
unless u want to turbo later on mandrel wont make that much of an improvement.
biggest improvment comes from the headers and the muffler.
