ive got a third gen and would like to know how to check my ignition timming.

I think you,ll find in a third gen its controlled by the computer. :D

everythings controled by the computer....even your life....but serious i think its done by the computer maybe go to a tuner? i dunno

dont you use a timing light?

i think it depends on what engine you have.... if you have a dizzi you can check it with a timing light but if you have coil packs you have to take it to a dealer....they have a computer that plugs into you car and can check anything from timing to fuel compsumtion....i had a small play with one of these when i did work experince at a nissan dealership....you probably better off taking it to your local mechanic with a 3rd gen cos i know with mine, theres not much room for fingers. hope this was some help.
