Hey people, just recently bought a 2002 VRX and im looking to get some mods done. First thing is the K&N Filter. Just wondering if any of you have done any of the following to a VRX and what you reccommend and what they will do?.... thanx
Looking at getting these if its worth it...

RPW extractors
Some sort of muffler... want something witha growl as the VRX on is a little dull. Ive been reading MAGNAFLOW is a winner.
High flow cat.... though ive read i shouldnt need that as the stock one is fine.

your muffler is fine.

when you start freeing up the intake and put a highflow cat on. get those extractors and whatever not, your muffler will start to give off a better note.

once the pod/pannel and extractors is on, including your new cat. then your car should start to purrrrrr very very aggressivly.

how many people have put extractors on their VRX or Sports? did it make a difference? :)

I plan to put RPWs race design ones on my Sports if Blake ever gets back to me about them

I think MagnaV6Sports13 has the street design ones.

I've got pacemaker headers on my TJ exec. big difference, especially between 4-5k rpm.

Sorry to tell you - but I got mine some time ago. Apparently the first 3 L TE with HPC Racers. Did they make a diff? Heheheheheh 8) - Killer never reveals his weapons..... But all I can tell you is, that it was money well worth spent.... :)
Don't know, but the delays might be due to my "complaint" about the location (~ 10-15 mm off) of the brackets at the back section of flexi pipe. Maybe RPW has taken them back on welding board....
While you guys are waiting - I'm hassling Dunnydoors with the Killer sounds. BTW, it made the rumble resonance at 1800 RPM disappear.
This rumble might only be in the 3 L pot and only with Xforce can, I don't know. But the flow is fluent and all that.
