Hey Ladies and Gents,
Have access to flexible black reinforced plastic hose for making CAI piping. It looks like it comes in most useful sizes notably 100mm and 90mm diameters.
Minimal distortion of internal hose wall when bent. The hose is ribbed.
Post your expression of interest here and I'll see what I can do about buying a some on BULK discount to save everyone some $$.
Can cut it to any desired length.
Will post pricing when I get an idea on the number of people interested.
If you're running a stock airbox and wish to replace the snorkle with cai pipe you will need the 100mm stuff.

And you can fit 4" pipe with a little bit of work.

What is this product from Autobarn like? The stuff I can get is pretty tough but is probably a little more expensive.

 Should use the search facility huh?
Thanks for that. Although I couldn't find out what length of pipe you used? I would suppose it would be no more than 1.5m? (Allowing for stuff ups lol )

If you get 2m you can mess it up once. Probably only need 1 metre though.

And if U wanna run CAI from bottom of the car (under front bumper), 90 mm pipe is too big, to fit between battery and radiator hose. At least in my TJ.

i sacrifised the corner of my battery box with the dremel to make the pipe fit past it.

Is it easy to do a cold air induction?
The magna induction system is very complex. has heaps silencers on it. Looks quite ugly
I would imagine this would make it difficult to mod

Am making some plugs from black nylon to fit into the holes where the inlet resonators go, so they can be removed and plugged up professionally. Don't know pricing yet, will be REALLY cheap, got a good price on the nylon.

What CANT this man do :D
Finish my AWD headers
Finish seating the only 67mm oversize TB I ever want to do
Find enuf $ to get the Pod Box rolling
Have enuf confidence to keep pressing ahead with the Pod Box despite my doubts about it's success.
Program PLC's
Be happy with my Magna's current level of performance and fuel economy
Bring myself to eat a McDonalds pickle
Do a Rubics Cube
Make love to 4 women at once - I always get too tired :liar: ;)
Make the days longer so I can get everything on this list done and answer all my PM's the same week I get them!

LOL, just tried to PM you... Busy busy man.
Anyways,
This Cold air intake piping you can get your hands on, how flexible is it?
More in the way of the diameter... Could I get 90mm or 100mm past my battery box by "squishing" it?
