Hey all,
Anyone happen to know if the brake leads (the rubber bits that run between the caliper and the solid brake lines) are interchangeable between Ralliarts and standard 3rd gens?
I have (or had) a full set of Ralliart brake rotors, calipers, leads, etc, etc sitting in a crate in my carport ready to go on, and sometime last night some scumbag kids got into it and spread it all over the yard. Found all of it except one backing plate and 3 of the leads. fckers.

Yeah, I can't see any reason they'd be different. Here's hoping...

F'n mongrels!
I’m pretty sure they are the same. To give you an idea on price of new ones, I got braided lines made up when I changed my brakes over for $70 a corner. The std lines fitted but I thought I may as well upgrade ‘em while I had the chance.

The front rubber brake hoses on the standard single piston calipers have a different fitting at the caliper end to the ralliarts.
Just get some nice street legal braidied lines made up, definately better then the standard rubber hoses.

I got some made by power brakes in adelaide but i think any decent brake place will be able to get them for you.
Cummins is closer to where you live, so he would probably know a place nearer to you to get some from.
They really do improve the pedal feel due to less expansion when you apply the brakes

Can you use any pad's like aftermarket? like Bendix? as long as they are made for the raliart of course, Also what are the difference between standard and Rallie Art looks as well as performance.

Yeah, you can use any aftermarket pads designed for the Ralliart. The main reason you can't use standard Magna pads is because the calipers are much bigger (particularly on the front.)
As far as looks go, they just look like plain ol' brakes. Nothing much to see.
