How much are they and where do ya get em from??

This is what ive got so far but i still have the stock filter in there, now looking for the oval pod like the one in this pic.

the way they got it set up in the pic is cool. try autobahn for em bout $100. supercheap, repco can prob order em in too.

Pretty sure the genuine K&N MAF sensor compatible oval pod can't be had for less than around $200. Don't quote me on that - but in limited search so far (the local supercheap) they quoted me $127 for what turns out to be the panel filter to suit a magna :nuts: .

Got a sneaking suspision that the oval pod + MAF sensor adaptor (if it isnt all in the one kit) is pretty expensive.

On the same topic - could someone please tell me the K&N part number for the oval pod!!! and yes - I did use the 'search' and came up with two different part numbers??!!

also, if you are in perth. RPW stocks these or if you are interstate, im sure phillcom or whatever will get one off rpw for you.

Im sure you can probably order direct or K&N though, i havn't looked in to it though.

I went and asked a few places today and they said K n N dont make the oval pods and they only had the round ones, they also said they could get oval pods but they were a cheaper brand for about $50.

At repco they got the AFM adapeters, oval pods for it are ordered in, u can use any oval pod remember

That may be so - but I'm still interested to know the K&N part number for their oval magna friendly pod....... if anyone can help??

K&N 63-1500 Air Charger Kit - Mitsubishi/Proton. This kit includes the mitsu specific oval pod filter plus maf adapter plate.

$180 from either RPW or Phillcom. Bought one yesterday, made a CAI. Very happy. Worth every cent.
