Anyone here have a sports exhaust/muffler on a 3rd Gen Magna ?
If so, how does it sound and what have you used ?
Does it actually sound like a manual in Tippy mode ?

no real difference unless you wind out the shifts; You hear noises not normally possible

Is it worth putting an exhaust on a Tippy or would it not sound so nice ??

the exhaust should sound the same on a manual, auto or tippy. make the investment buddy. you won't regret it... makes your car twice as fun to drive :D

Having both auto and manual Magna's with a straight-through muffler, I can say it does sound different. But not in a negative way. Well not that much anyway.

by saying "does it sound the same as a manual" i am assuming you mean does it sound the same when you change gears. Answer is no, it will never sound the same as autos, even when in tippy mode slur between shifts, whereas manuals rev, stop, rev. Its a different type of sound, however when the car is just revving out it sounds exactly the same obviously
and yes a sports muffler does sound shit hot on a 3rd gen

i have a straight thro on my 3rd gen auto... they have alot more drone due to the torque converter.
i put a resonator on sounds a shiat load better lol... and a lot quieter ;) not a honda civic'y/whippersnipper sound anymore :)
