Na its not that bad, but this week this is what has happended;

- For some reason the rev tacho just stopped working.
Im guessing it could just be a dodgy connection behind the dash, ill pull the dash out and have a look but does anyone have some help they can give me with getting the tacho working again.

- Second thing, central locking just stop working. When i alarm/disalarm my car with my remote it use to lock the whole car. Now it doesnt do that, and when i unlock/lock my front doors it doesnt lock the other doors either.(another dodgy connection?)

- I got my brakes machined and got new pads but they still squeech, whyyy?

- Last thinggg, im getting a weird clunking/creaking noise sometimes, i think its from the suspension, tends to happen when the car is hitting bumps/speed bumps etc etc, time for new springs? shockers?

tacho, the motor could be gone. happens

central locking, fuse has prob gone for ure locking, they are seperate fuses. from ure alarm.

brakes, if there new pads and new smooth disc surface they need to bed in, so take it easy till they do, bout 500kms is fine.

and, sounds like ure suspension bushes are shot. cheap fix. go to a suspension place ask for new bushes.

My shocks and bushes were shot when mine started doing this, although it was on the original shocks. When were your's last changed? Anthony (From Phillcom) hooked me up with a good set (for a wagon) for about the $450 mark delivered to Sydney. Shocks for a sedan prob wouldnt be too different in price

I hate S/L sometimes. I had it in my other car and the rear left door would always lock, but would not open :nuts:
