Belt+tensioner $240 Cv's $500+ No horn. what an interesting signature...
What model?
Complete shaft should not cost more than $125.00 per side with new outer and reco inner.
Belt?, I assume you are talking timing belt? $75.00 + about 60 for tensioner. Horn, go buy a $2.50 test light, if there is power then the horns are obviously worn out, replace them and learn to drive a bit more patiently.

I got BMW Horns :D although my car is nowhere near the luxury and attention to detail on a Bimmer...
Yeah, I like the Signature too.... (Must learn to read signatures from now on)

Have you bothered to test it like I posted before?????
There will eithere be power at the plug for the horn which means the unit is worn out. If no power you could have a blown fuse, dirty connection where the steering wheel contacts the combo switch (don't mess here if you have an airbag) or poss a bad relay.

also , if it's an airhorn, very possibily the excessive use can burnout the compressor, (I use to be horn happy and i was getting a new compressor every month or 2, so i have a shite load of perfectly good horns, still in packaging, (no compressors)
I like air horns
