Work on your intake and exhaust system first.. then throttle body later :D

Get a decent filter and a muffler as a start...then you can also work on the extractors.... some ECU tweaks...

for a four cylinder.. the potential of some kind of forced induction is good too...

Not really tweaking the whole ECU, more around the A/F ratio, ignition timing and such...

Oversize TB means the internal diameter is bored out to allow more airflow... you don't need too much for a 4 cylinder... :D
