i want more power and just wonerding what i need to get this. ive got a new exaust 2.5 straight thru and a k&n filter. but yeh im thinking of extractors and a supercharger, intercooler and so on but yeh i havent had much luck in finding any parts to fit my TH so yeh im stumped. any help on this matter would be much apprectiated thnx.

Extract it first, then go the Forced induction path..
You have already covered the basics, so after extractors, a cam job, Port and polish and then Rebuild for Forced induction application..

With forced induction - there's no point buying extractors if you're going to do a turbo conversion.. but if you'd rather supercharge then by all means, do it.

Sprintex in WA can sell you a bolt on supercharger kit.
Either Street Torque in Alice Springs, or RPW in Perth can do you a turbo deal.

Stock TJ auto has 155kW at the engine.. maybe 117kW at the wheels.

im getting extractors, hi tek cats sports muffler 2 and half inc straight thru exaust how much kws u wreeckon i will gain?

5kW maybe.. add a piggy-back ECU and a tune and you can add another 8kW on to that.

well i got my car back today with everything installed, i feel more torque and wat i noticed normaly when i used to start from 0-100 it will take 9 seconds now it takes 7 seconds oh and from 1st to 2nd gear on auto i get wheel spin amazing! other that it sounds like a mean v8

yeh but just noticed sumfing the car from the outside sounds *** **** its got a redback muffler and i wreckon thats the problem its just awfull like borrrrrrrr as if the car is ****ed i know my hotdog muffler sounded way meaner..

so you're after a car that SOUNDS fast rather than actually GOES fast..... i see now...... btw, i hear LED window washers are worth 5kw atw :nuts:

no it doesnt sound fast inside sounds awsome out side sounds crap.. but the car actually goes faster normaly it took me 9 seconds from 0 to 100 now it takes 7 seconds, i got way better revs and more torque

So chuck it on a dyno and see what you get! :cool:

hey do u have extractors on urs aswell if so wat muffler do u use, coz so far i put two mufflers and they all make the car sound **** and it backfires

hey ur saying about putting extractors on my car yet ive asked about doing this allready and have been told several times that they arnt available for th magnas. is this true or not

RPW and Pacemaker are the 2 main ones that do extractors, whoever told you that they are not available doesnt deserve ur money
