I finally did it!
I got my Slotted discs, Brake Pads and Caliper Paint through out the week.
With the help of my dad we put them all in, painted calipers, tightened hand brake and did a few other things that needed our attention.
Its definitely not what i had expected, but I LOVE IT!!
Something different and stands out heaps. What do ya's think?

Will get better pics tomorrow.

But my question to you is- What is the best/recommended way of bedding the slotted discs and pads?

no less than 10 trips to 60kms and quickly back down to almost stand still, brake firmly but smoothly, do this ten times and u should be right. just take it easy for a few days afterwards

I just did it this weekend, i had crappy stock stuff when you were in SA.

The interior is much better than when you saw it last! lol

These pics show how it looks at the moment, ive retrimmed the doors again to black stuff so it goes nicely with the leather seats that get put in (should be in the next fortnight)

As for the question referring to the cost of gettin it colour coded, all up it was about $700ish? if that... Metallic paint is more expensive :doubt:

Does anyone think i should add some of that colour to the interior? Coz ive got the leather seats already, just been to lazy to get some help to put them in, so black n magenta inside would work right? Or should i just leave it silver n black? I think i should just stick with the silver n black :confused:

Magenta Fluffy Dice and leave it at that.. too much color can ruin the car..
