I bought my Magna lowered and with 17" chrome mags. But I'm sick of going over humps and going through driveways. Would 18" mags make my Magna a little higher or is my only option to buy new springs?
I'm thinkin of getting a body-kit later on down the track. It it would be a nightmare driving it if its too low and with a body-kit.

Yours must be the Lowest of the Lowest, cos i sit on Lovells "Super Lows" and dont find many problems... a few roadhumps, not many driveways... but id say, that springs may be a far cheaper option, as you should be able to have new springs and labour fitted for maybe 700? thats all mine cost me to get lower.

How low is it exactly?
If they just replaced the springs and not the shocks to match then this can often be the problem. A proper suspension setup with shocks and springs to match will often stop this problem. 2" lower is a good height and you won't have any problems with scraping or bumps. It also depends on the brand of spring in terms of how harsh they are.
18" rims won't raise the car at all and will instead decrease the ride quality drastically.
