Hey, I ended up using my sony 6" speakers in the rear cabin standard space and putting some pioneer 4" back in the dash.
The Sony's were paired with tweeters and crossover box.
if it alright if say I put the tweeters onto the back corner of the back seat facing upward, or even on the door trims facing back. as I have them, but dont use them, and there kinda sitting round doing nothing.
would this be at all pointfull or just make annoying sounds more obvious?

Best spot would be right next to the other woofers you have. This will stop any separation.

dont want to sound like a complete bastard here, but....having high end in the rear is a complete waste of time unless you have people always sitting in the rear, otherwise it destroys the front stage

my suggestion, use it if you will, use the crossover in the front on the 4s and put the tweeters in the kick panel facing towards the mirror, if you have angled mounts that is! another spot is face the tweeters straight up or towards eachother on the dash right in the cornerof the a pillar, will sound heaps better, if on dash turn crossover octave down, sonys have a switch on the crossover from memory or little jumper connectors inside the crossover box! its written on the circuit board how it needs to be for + or - , just play with it to suit peronal taste! and on kick panels turn it up, you will be amazed with the difference it makes!

the sony midbass will survive without the crossover!

wont that destroy the 4"s tho?

nope! all it will do is cut out the high from the 4s! basically turning it into a midbass, so you will have a set of 4 inch splits in the front!

Ok
First thing..
Not all people like a Dominant front stage..
Just use the 6 inch Woofer at the back use the crossover and mount the Tweeter close to the woofer, surface mount style and just hide the cross over in your boot.

umm, wagon, not so easy. hence the dilemma, lol i really dont wanna drill holes in plastic.

You have a Wagon which makes it easier, you hide the Crossover in the Tail gate secured down with Tape or Blu Tac.
In a Wagon Tweeters down the Back would be a Good Idea to get some Quality tunes..
I am not Familiar with where you intend on putting the 6 inch woofers but a Small Hole would be a small sacrifice for better sound..

Is it possible to get a Photo of where you want to put them ??

the tweeters? i have no clue, i can link a pic of the cargo area to show where the 6"s are
the speakers are on either side, i have a sub in a box in the middler against the seats. (mainly so it can be removed to allow more room in cargo area if needed.

There's normally carpet, but that pic i was using for a purpose.

I can see what you mean.. It is hard but can be done.. a Small hole would be needed, you would hide the crossover in behind the woofer and use Blu Tac to aim the tweeter towards the front..
The Hole only has to be small enough for the wires to get to the tweeter.. Hardly notice able..
When you Eventually Sell the Car Small Stickers can be use to cover the Additional Hole..
So Surface mount the tweeter and the hole will be minimal..

hmmmmmmmmm, yeah, i dont reall wanna cut into that plastic, such a large section if i stuff it up. plus i barely have passengers.
may as well use em in the front, TY for the suggestion tho.
