Does any1 know the cost of replacing cv joints?

ive got griding noises when i do a close to full lock and turn

i also have another noise coming from what sounds like my wheels

kinda like a ticking noise

you know on your bike you used to put a card agaisnt the spokes on your wheel and it would make a flicking noise as it hit each spoke? well it sounds like that could it be a stone in my breaks or something else its really driving me nuts i have to crack the stereo up so i dont hear it it!

Its not really loud but i know listen for it every time i get in the car..

i got both of mine replaced for 380 including labor

I got one side replace - new drive shaft reco inner CV and new outer $126 (not including labour) (Change over price)

Each shaft is around $135.00 thereabouts which is the same as the one Ash got. This includes new outer and reco inner joint.

how about the other noise? any1 one got any ideas?

Noises like clicking around the drive shaft and CV area scare me, if its not the CV's it might be, and I hope to god for your sake its not, the diff.
I'm in the world of broken diff ATM :(
