hey just wondering if anyone has had any problems with noisy pcv valves in their TE 30L V6 and where i could get one in wa? mitsubishi want $70 odd for a new one and i don't want to pay that much for a small bit of plastic...any help would be thankfull....i have tryed to clean/fix up the old one but know luck there..... hope some one can help me out with some info as i hate dealing with dodgy wrecking yards...i have a part number but it is an un-available part number in wa....PCV-057(i think) .... please help

p.s. the pcv valve goes between the front rocker cover and the intake manifold (breather valve)

I dont think repco would have one because i whent to buy one for my mums skyline and they said you have to buy from conventries because they arent a normal hose.

So yeah.. go to coventries if repco dont have one.

Hey guys.
I know of the pcv valve and check it on a reg basis to make sure its working.
Just wondering what sort of noise you are getting from it? Have never heard a noisy valve before.

its just a rattling sound, i think it happens when the spring inside the valve get loose and creats to much movement, anyway its anoying and you will hear the difference when is stuffed
