I used to get my Mitsubishi auto serviced 20k/12 months by an auto specialist.

Doubt if Midas & Ultratune have the special tranny-servicing tools etc.
High chance they farm it out to some outside specialist mob, or just "change the oil".
That's why I took the TN to Fluidrive.
Also avoids chance Fluidrive (specialist in trannys only) would "find" other stuff to do
on the car and make me spend more $$ than I need to. They just do the flush & that's it.

lol just get the oil flushed when it starts turning orange better than service. there are no adjustments

My last service cost me $110 at the local tranny specialist. Couldn't do an oil and filter change for that myself :)

Are you sure they changed the filter for $110?
Filter is a huge thing that's also the 'gasket' for the tranny sump pan.
Costed that part up as $40 by itself.
Worked out the new oil would be $90 for the amt (2x capacity) I'd need.
So yeah, for $160 Fluidrive did the lot.
Some places just change the oil (1x volume), they don't double-flush.
Most places don't bother opening up the tranny to change the filter.
