hi people just to let you know that i will not be doing anything to the car for a couple of weeks as i have just bought a tp elite for $400 and i have to save(bloody wife). the only thing wrong is the head i was hopeing i can change my carby head for the efi head. is it a possabilty.

Ze heads are interchangeable. Just make sure it's tested, and check the top of the block for level.

yeah thought they were, i keep hearing sometimes they arent, cant understand why. sigma ones arent i know that.
i want pics of the elite :D

thatnk fellas i was a bit woried its an elite and better condit than mine but i have swap things over to my car because here in vic you need a roadworthy for cars so ill just wont tell them

thatnk fellas i was a bit woried its an elite and better condit than mine but i have swap things over to my car because here in vic you need a roadworthy for cars so ill just wont tell them
you need the RWC to transfer the car's rego into your name - yes.

If your new car can't pass RWC... should you be driving it?! :doubt: :shock:

i live in hoppers nothing wrong with the car but i just cant be botherd withn them going through it with a fine tooth comb just to tell me my windscreen needs changing. plus it cost money i could put in the car what a waste of money that would be. the car in regesterd in my name anyway. so its not a problem sticker says 4 cylinder and thats wahts going in it.

There is no reason in the world why you cant put a Magna head off an earlier model on a newer model. The TM-P are all the same anyway.

my thoughts exactly, but you'd be amazed how many times i'd hear it cant be done. but there was never a good reason why, i think it was efi manifold had extra pin, or diff pin config.
why would they make 2 heads when they could make manifold fittings universal :nuts:
