Have a look here (http://www.wermspowke.net/wiki/index.php/Interior) for links to guides for removing the centre console and door trims (if you have new front speakers).
Otherwise search on the forums here for info about running power from the battery through the firewall.
If you mount your amp in the boot you can run cables either down the sides of the car in the factory wiring ducts, or through the middle under the center console. Again, search the forums because people have written this stuff up before.
Good luck.. and take your time :)

Is a pretty good place to start though it is pretty general info. Covers everything from how different components work, impedences/Ohms Law, wiring, sub boxes etc etc and I have found it a pretty good site! Places like www.caraudioaustralia.com can also be a good reference!
Have fun with the install and post up pics when your done!

As mentioned above, www.caraudioaustralia.com has some good reference material. They even have a tutorial from the removal of console and head unit etc from a TR/TS which I used when installing my new HU over the weekend. http://www.caraudioaustralia.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=48023
