hehe yeah, thats always a good way to start out a topic..
Anyways:

started noticing a grinding noise a few days ago, very faint..
About 3 weeks before that i replaced the front pads but i dont think this has anything to do with it.

basically i think the noise is coming from my passenger side front wheel. and it usually happens when im turning right the harder the turn the noiser

its kinda like a cog griding noise.. not like a gear crunch in a manual but more like a slow grind.. its doing my head in i took the wheel off to have a look and everything seems to be ok.. makes me think it might be something internally.. cv perhaps.. :(

Any ideas guys?? this is driving me nuts!

did u check to see if u put the pads in the right way??? it wont be the CV joints coz the wont make a grinding noise, its more a clunky noise. is it viberating 2. my car does that and it sounds like its cummin from the front but its actually the rear bearings. i have to either change mine or grease it up.

Any diff is u apply a lil bit of power when turning? If it makes more noise then it would be CV.
If it maintains the same noise level regardless of load and turning, could be bearing.
Checked that the neighbours cat isn't there?
