i did like what was posted here a couple of weeks ago in regards to the pcv valve and it letting oil thru to the throttle body (air oil seperator) and when it was done yep it worked i dont have the oil smoke at high revs anymore nice work too at $7 for thr parts it was going to cost me $2000 to replace rings and valve stem seals and other crap to get rid of it so saved cash there i know i know it meens the motor is still same way and there has to be a reason why its happening but why spend the cash if you dont realy need to. here are a couple of pics of the install. $7 was for the fuel line and $1.20 for each fuel filter.
not a bad looking motor for 300,000klms.

They are pretty cool little filters... where did you source the parts? I might just do the same as I know I have the same issue as you too.

Actually, mine doesn't go through much oil at all strange enough.... i just have the occasional small puff of smoke when it kicks down sometimes... nothing major.... It's just a case of any smoke is too much smoke with me.
Articuno... Mine has done 230,000....Jo_KING has done 300,000!... don't know about TF_ADVAN's
mines got 278 000km and my catch can have stopped the oil crap goin back into the intake.
but i dont burn much oil at all

I would have thought smoke from the exhaust at high revs would have been more a symptom of valves that have done up around 250,000Kms rather than 'blow back' getting sucked into the pots??
eh whatever helps - I'm looking at getting a custom catch can and running both valves thru it for extra cleanness.

Exellent ingenuity :). But arn't you worried about them getting clogged and reducing or even stopping flow as oil is allot more viscous than fuel. I'd be worried about reducing the abillity to vent pressure build up in the heads. Still looks very interesting :D

as you can see in the pics they are mounted side on so what oil gets caught drops to the bottom and can be seen so when it fills up a little i just replace the filter it only cost $1.20 so not much involved after a day ive got about a pinky nail size drop of oil in there so its not going to fill very quick at all.

Ive got 220,000ks on mine and it does eat a bit of oil.
I know its teh valve stem seals that are gone but its not something i would like doing any time soon.
