Good evening boys n girls

I seem to be having these issues with my car, and it just got alot worse tonight.
When i was driving around tonight, it felt as if the car wasnt gettin enough fuel or something.
Like id have my foot on the accelator but itd go nowhere but then itll just go and then itll do that for a while.
I encounter this everytime i start the car on and i find myself waiting for about 5mins (no joke) for the car to warm up. Itll be idling normally, then get pretty rough, then go to about 1800 rpm and then back to normal idle.
Some people have speculated that it could be the fuel pump or the idle motor. Could it be something else?
Also, how do you know when the fuel pump is about to die?

Hoping one of ya's could help me understand whats going on here!
The car has just passed the 195,000 mark.
