hey guys another question what do you think the type x subs sound like because ive heard a range of stories but ave never heard one for myself and is there much difference between these two the type r and the type x

mmmm...definately go the type X.....pretty good subs apparently.

I've never really liked the type-r's..

well, obviously the type X's aren't cheap, and you probably wouldn't find too many 2nd hand ones flying around since they're still pretty new.

i say go the DDs...I love DD...just don't get a 15 :P DD2512...lol

we have been offered $300 australian imported from the states brand new so its around that price but yeh i know i love dd's two cant wait to get mine just need to keep saving lol thanks for your help man .

If you are on a Budget then stay away from Alpine.. While Alpine is Great gear, you pay for it big time..


Shop around and see what you can get locally before going and importing the Subs from overseas.. It can take months for imports to get here.. Not worth it..

I agree, Alpine are overrated in my opinion.
