hey guys after having my battery disconnected yesterday. the ecu reset itself on my 2001 tj exec.

when setting up the computer again on board the first thing it wanted to know what whether it was S (sedan) or W (wagon), what difference does this make?
im just interested thats all.
as wagons are usually slower is this why?

I think the wagon has a larger fuel tank, so that'd affect distance to empty calculations and so forth.
