how do you hook a switch to acc? i have neons hooked up to my switch so how do i go from the switch to acc? is there a guide or can aynone plz tell me thanks

All you gotta do is use a multimeter and find a wire that is acc feed, then tap into it.

A good one to use is the cigi lighter. Or even the one that wires up the stereo, if need be. But ciggie lighter would be better

yeh ciggie lighter would prob be easier but i looked today at the lighter and theres 4 wires going into it so what ones do i use for positive and negative?

You'd need to get a multimeter to test it to be sure.

Just find a good ground, and stick the positive lead into different wires while playing with the key ;)

There wouldn't be two positive wires, or if there is, only one will be switched.

Positive for the ciggy lighter runs into the back at the center. Ground is on the side to the case.

If you use a relay u can use any wire in the car that is Acc.

And you won't need to worry about burning out other leads.
Fuse fuse fuse if you do.

and to add to that. the other 2 wires are just for the light to illuminate the cig lighter at night.

**blu with a white stripe = Acc Power.** This One

black = Earth
black with a yellow stripe = light dimmer
green with a white stripe = Light power

yeh i did it and im pretty sure it'll work, i blew the in-line fuse but i know exactly why, so when i get another fuse it should work i know theres power going to the switch and everything so i should be sweet. will tell yaz if it all goes to hell when i get this fuse, which it shouldn't

Ill try the ciggie lighter wiring too and see how it goes. I've only owned my Magna Sports for a few weeks now and i'm constantly being bitten by the modification bug....
