Got a FSE FPR :D and have done the research to put it in BUT NO IDEA where to mount it. I want to have the pressure guage with it so its kinda chunky......

Have no time now but if you can wait to the weekend I will take a pic of my engine bay and show you where to mount it properly and I can also list here how to properly set the correct pressure.
Make sure you get a proper fitting as you should ideally remove your std pressure reg and use this one, you can leave the std one however it is more efficient to replace your std unit.

Whats Wrong With The Original Pressure Reg?
Well anyone who knows enough about fuel injection, the principals etc would not have to ask this question.
To begin with, the rising FPR requires a high pressure fuel hose from the rail to the reg, using the smaller diameter hose is bad enough however relying on the fitting that comes of the std reg makes things worse as it is not designed to "grip" the hose as the return after the reg is low pressure.
Secondly, the range of the aftermarket FPR is larger, you will be limited by the std reg being in the system
If you want a fixed higher rate, use a fuel pressure guage on the inlet hose, pressurise the system, using a centre pumch carefully tap the end of the std reg to comress the spring inside SLIGHTLY and this will slowly increase the pressure.

here is my car, check the engine bay, malapassi fuel reg on the firewall near strut torew on the right! best place to put it! the rising rate reg is brilliant much more pressure! (more pressure=better atomisation of fuel)
Thanks guys.....I finally decided to mount it to the engine.....hopefully it does shake too much......Any idea if the FPR would not work properly if it gets shaken too much?

What should the correct setting be? 45psi at idle?
