People buy a Ralliart then do their utmost to disguise the fact that it is one sometimes... I just don't get it, that's all. Personal opinion, not shared by many.

If I could afford one I would buy one and mod it, but just not externally. Anyway, this thread is about those horrid lights lol I don't want to start a Ralliart debate ;)

Glad that you agree, as really but sad that it would have been great that it was clearer like the Lancer's design. Otherwise sticking to my originals are the only way to go for me for now.

clear tail lights really have to be matched to the car... eg, i like the frosties on white/silver/pale blue cars, but look odd on all the other colours,

i still haven't seen the TJ-TL ones in the flesh, but the clear ones one black look pretty odd, i would have gone the CF/black ones

Iagree clear tail lights make a car look cheap, it is a cheap option for making a car look different. But it is upto the owner. It is all about the Bling !!!!

Sorry mate, didn't mean to offend. When I got my frosties I was badgered and opinions and comments flew all over the place... mostly in jest... I cant remember now who said it but someone said to me, who cares? as long as you are happy with them it doesn't matter.
My opinion means nothing in the scheme of things, I didn't say your car looks crap, I just have an opinion on Ralliarts and exterior modifications, and I didn't like the look of those new lenses on the Ralliart, that's all.

You are right these do look slightly better than some. But the thing that was bugging me was all those lines and the plastic just isnt clear enough to make the cool impression. Again is still something, only wish it was really Altezza style. I bet you that it will become real hot items for who ever does a good one for the TE. Unfortunately ur so far is quite subjective to your body colur and things like that as the lights just arent clear enough to make that cool look for my car. It looks better on some others.

I think they look a bit out of place too, and the CF or black ones would be the way to go on your colour paintwork. Add to the mix some black racing style rims with a small paint highlight and it would look dead sexy IMO.

But yes, if you like them and are happy with the look, that's all that matters. I'm just happy to see them finally on some of our cars.

personally i think any rim, tail lights body kit can look both good and bad on the same make of car .......it just depends on what the owners choice is


the general consensus on these forums is that frosted lights r cheap and nasty ....lol i cop it all the time :P .... but on any NON-magna forum ppl say how well they suite .... so its just a case of horses for coarses

personally i think they look hot on silver or white :P ...... specially sivler/ pewter .. they blend right in

i saw the TJ altezza lightts about a one year ago ... i posted it on the forums but no one believed me :P

i think any time u do something slightly diferent and postit on here u will cop a bit but who cares its all about personalising ur car :)

I saw those exact same lights at HJC Motersports in penrith last night the dude was trying to flog em to me for $395 ! haha yeah right ! he only has one set, but ahh i agree looks a little odd on black not bad just odd :D i am waiting for some black carbon fiber looking ones for my car. :D
