Hey guys, does anyone know if the TS has a tranny filter or not? I cannot see it anywhere outside. Could it be inside in the tranny oil sump? Or does it just have magnets and no filter? Preparing to buy stuff to change tranny oil and sump gasket and just double-checking if I need a filter too?

Hello,Filter would be inside the trans, get a hold of a Haynes 68756 or a Gregory's 606 shop manual for some good info both cover some different aspects of these models.
Also make sure you use the fluid recommended by your Mitsubishi agent MMSP3 I think as these beasts are a bit toughy in the trans if you dont it seems.
