Has anyone modded the ashtray thingy in the center console of a 2nd gen?

I ask cause i broke mine and want to see if anyone has any ideas.

Stick a switch there, get airbag suspension, bang :-) Switch, $1, airbag suspension $3000+ :-D

U COULD just have the little thing there so u can put candy in it and eat out of it n stuff. like how exhaust fumes eat away steel, from the LCD monitor stands over. The water bottle is quite helpful, especially when u want to access the .plist files in there.

try $5000 for 'bags

Yeah, I had a feeling it was more than 3000, but I wasn't sure exactly. Hence the reason why I put 3000+ :-)

If you are really into RICE, you could remove the cig lighter and use that position for a PIVOT engine start button like what WTCHME has/had?

And If you have neons you could make a pannel to cover the remaining area and fit some RICE missle style switches for turning on your neons and various other accessories.

The newer Magnas have no ashtray or ciggy lighter, just a compartment with a push-click-fold down door.

About $60, fits straight in. :D

a mate has 3 of those missile switches mounted on a peice of wood inbetween his gear boot and radio in his old lancer lol
