Hey guys,

Just wondering if Bain's console removal guide applies to TE Magnas too? I'm assuming it's the same right across the board for 3rd Gens?

I believe it should be fine mate. Only difference is the climate control cluster behind the dash.

Someone said they had to remove a clip or something from on the passenger side under the footwell side, but im not to sure they were doing it right.

Yeah, it's the drivers side as is outlined in the how to.. Then it just pulls out... :)

1, Push seats back
2, Get a Sledge Hammer
3, Swing the fu*ck at the dash

end result the dash is easy to remove and to put it back buy a lot of superglue :bowrofl:

I've used Bain's guide to take out the console in my TF many times. As eek said, only difference should be cup/coin holders. If it's the first time it's been taken out, you may have to apply a bit of force.

Also, if you have a haynes/greogories manual, the required steps are outlined fairly well.
