My diamante transmission has gone into fail safe, drives in 2nd and 3rd only.
I suspect the TCU (transmission controller unit) is causing this to happen. Would anyone know if the TCU on the TR/TS magna is the same as the diamante 1st gen 3.0ltr DOHC.
Is there anything else that could cause the transmission to go into failsafe..
Also would anyone know any wreckers in Australia that have diamantes.

From what I don't know about this model it is most likely the auto comput.My neighbour has had a similar problem with her car and it was ECU related.

I would take this to get checked out asap.
