Hey all,
I was wondering how much it would cost to sand and paint the rear garnish as some members have done and also who does it?
Also how much does it cost to get the rear boot garnish shaved and painted?
Any help would be great.

The garnish cost me $50, the can of paint cost me $25 because it wasn't off teh shelf, plus $6 for clear coat.
But if you have black or some other common colour than yeh, $10 a can of paint and do it yourself :D.

Do you need to sand it down.

Depends, if there are scratches/dents than yeh you'd wanna sand it so it's all smooth, but if it's in great condition then sanding isn't neccessary until you start putting the clear coat on if you want an extra smooth finish.
