yup, Michelin XM1 are a perfect tyre for the TJ, I had them put on my old TJ and it quitened it down heaps, improved road handling, grip like superglue, and are actually cheaper than the sh!tty RE92's!!

I put on the new Yokahama C-Drive type AC01. Load rating is 99!!! Happy with the results.
Hi Warren,
What sort of price range are you looking at (per tyre) as this will vary on the tyre recommended.

Pontenza G3 Bridgestones, always came out on top as the "grand touring" tyre by Wheels and Motor, best handling tyre in the R16 for wet weather. Also has a rubber rim around where the edge of the tyre meets the wheel but not on the 60 profile which is the standard profile for the TJ Sports :(

I did a deal with my Bob Jane shop....AMG Mags plus Yokohama's for $840. You should get together with another Magna club member and make them offer a group discount....I reckon $120.00 Michelins , Bridgestones, Yokos whatever.
