Just a question about the paint
So like what did you do to prepare it??? or did you just give it a dust and went for it ???
and did it take long untill it was breathable in the car again... and so you just used regular spray paint? I wish to aslo paint the interior..
Sorry bout all the qustions but just one more lol.. and this goes to anyone...
can u paint the leather like the console... like just for a cheap/poor/really lame solution untill i can afford a full retrim????

What i used - Holts spray cans, 600 grit and 1200 grit sandpaper and cloth.
For painting the a plastic trim
Step1 - Wash it in warm soapy water and dry.
Step2 - Get some 600 grit sand paper and give the surface a realy good rub.
(In between each coat of paint a light sand with 1200 grit sandpaper and clean off with a cloth)
Step3 - Apply 2 coats of plastic tirm. (so any paint and stick to the surface)
(wait till each coat is touch dry before give it a light sand and a another coat)
Step4 - Apply 3 coats of scratch filler primer. (it is up to you on how many coats you want)
Step5 - Apply colour to your tirm. (apply coat untill happy with colour)
Step6 - 2 to 3 coats of clear.
Step7 - Alow to dry and put back in car.
and about painting on leather I can't help there I havent tryed. sorry.
