How do I go about Cleaning the Throttle Body and Air Sensors???
What should I use, Would Carby Cleaner Be OK or do I have to remove the Throttle Body and do it that way as I am not mechanically minded and would probably mess something up if I had to remove it...

Just buy yourself a can of the cheapest carby clean you can find remove the rubber intake pipe spray a heap in there grab a rag, Open the throttle body by hand and give it a good wipe out, while the tb is open spray in some more let it sit for about 20mins then start your car.
Dont be concerned if it takes a bit to get the car started, carby clean isnt as flammable as petrol and doesnt burn all that well.
I probably wouldnt go cleaning any of the sensors especially the MAF, alot of the sensors on the manifold will get cleaned when you spray that stuff in.
But under no circumstances try and clean the MAF
The internals wont like it, and at $2000 for a new one from mmal its not worth the risk
