Just picked up a KJ AWD yesterday and loving it.

Was just wondering if the AWD's give off a very slight driveline vibration when taking off in first gear? It feels like its from the drive shaft towards the back of the car. It is only very slight when taking off in 1st when giving it heaps.

Bought the car off an old bloke who bought it new so its had a soft life.

Its still under new car warranty but just thought i would ask if its normal before i go hounding Mitsub about it.

I have heard of this in reviews but I have never noticed it. Maybe they revised something in the TL update?

I noticed this in mine as well - probably normal (it was in two other ones I drove as well)

AWD magnas did have rear control arm bushes revised due to a vibration under takeoff in the very early stages of there life, not that i think this fixed the problem as every one i have ever driven has had some sort of vibration on take off.

My KW GTVi AWD does not. So I guess they did fix that problem which the reviewers noticed.
Take it to a dealer and see if they can retro fit a TL/KL/TW/KW bush.
