I got bored today, so i decided to get one of those braided hose sleeve kits to dress up the engine bay a bit. They were eaiser to put on than I thought, and I think has come up alright. What you guys think?

Got it from repco
it was $44
It comes with sleeving to do top radiator hose, heater hose, fuel lines, vacuum lines, and comes with anodised fittings to cover over the hose clamps.

hmm sounds alright for that price, but 1) my engine bay is dirty as all ****, im thinking just degreaser it and high pressure wash it off.
2) why did you stick your K&N filter sticker in the engine bay? should of stuck it on the rear window or something.

Some ppl don't like to advertise their mods to the whole world - keeps em guessing that way...... and despite popular belief - a K&N sticker doesn't add 20kW

Its there from when i had the K&N panel filter just to remind the mechanic not to throw it out when it gets serviced cos its reusable.

Back to the original topic....
...i would never fit those 'sleeves'.
Reason being they trap heat in the rubber hoses and dramatically reduce their lifespan.
