Ive got a 2nd gen with dual fuel, and on gas it munches 16.6L/100ks time after time.
On petrol I have no idea as I never run on petrol :p
It gets 150ks for 25 liters of gas every single time, its not that bad since 25 liters of lpg only cost 10 bucks :bowrofl:
But still why does it eat this much? who else is running lpg on there 2nd gen and what fuel numbers are they getting?
Could having the timing advanced make this happen? Its round 15degress

That is about right I think. LPG is not as fuel efficient in comparision to Petrol in terms of fuel consumption, but the cost per litre is what makes all the difference.

LPG gas releases less kJ/mol so u need to add more LPG to get the same amount of energy as a smaller amount of Octane

I did some research a while back on LPG as I was going to buy a dual fuel TE. From what I can remember, LPG is 25% less efficient than ULP.

I have a dual fuel 4cyl TR, I get similar economy from LPG compared to you, or 450km from 65L.
That said I live at 1300m above sea level and my car is tuned for this altitude and will run rich on LPG at sea level (still with better fuel economy and more power).

My TL 3.5 gets around 300km out of 50 litres, or 350-380 on the highway. Yours sounds about right.

If I set the timing back to 7, that will only make it worse yes?
