Went to replace the thermostat just before then realized I don't know where the hell the old one is exactly. Is car is a 95 TS. I took off the bottom radiator hose and drained most of the coolant but am still unsure of the thermostas where-abouts?

HELP PLZ.

It is where the upper radiator pipe fits into the engine's head. Remove the 2 bolts holding this section and the thermostat is inside.

Ok got it off and replaced. The old 1 was all white and rustic looking and the gasket was non existant. But wouldn't ya know it..... that wasn't the problem at all.

So what's the problem?
