I'm pulling my car apart to replace the engine harness (Part of the injection upgrade, but that's a different story)

The stock location for front speakers is 4", on the dash firing into the windscreen. Bear in mind, that the speaker apeture is very shallow.

Could I have some recommendations on the following:

What to fit?
Speakers, crossovers, etc
Brands, models, etc.

Where they should fit?
Dash, doors, etc.
