I have a supplier in Japan that used to supply me with Jap parts for my Delica. They are able to get Diamante parts and I was wondering if anyone knew :
1. If Diamante headlights will fit a TH Magna (I saw some on EBAY)
2. What part no
3. Is there an alternative OZ supplier.
I reckon I should get them cheaper direct from Japan though.

are the lights u are talking about those parabolic ones like in the vrx and the verada? cause i would be very interested in a set for my magna.
i would also be very interested in one of those dashes out of the veradas that light up, any ideas?

To answer part of your questions, Diamante headlights (parabolic, one-piece) will fit a TH magna. Really improves the look of the front end.
Cost? One came with my D. front cut, and I sourced the other from a Jap parts supplier, 2nd hand, for $200. Make sure you get globes that work. Also the wiring had to be changed, and the auto-electrician charged around $200.
A verada headlight costs around $450 (each) from Mitsi parts.
Part no? each light is marked with STANLEY 7090 I and STANLEY 7090 II. that may help!
Note that the headlights are hard to remove and fit in the TH, the front bumper bar may have to removed temporarily.
Good luck

Fuzzlet .... If you can give me a chassis number and a parts no I can try and get any Jap part. They are only an e-mail away but takes some time to find the part.

They don't throw out as good a light at night, either on low beam (next to no flare, bright forground lighting) or high beam (no distance at all).
Standard Hella Executive headlamps are far better if you want to be able to see...
See the 3rd gen headlamp FAQ.

Well it's the same system over here....the chassis number is to identify exactly which model it comes from as the range in Japan is even greater of course.
