Just a comment l noticed from Autocar New Zealand article.

"The Kiwi-bound 380 VRX and GT models will get more punch than the ADR-ready Aussie models, with a 5kW power boost to 180kW as a result of a less restrictive air intake tract."

So you can get 180kw just from having a Cold Air Intake... Cool, I wonder what exhaust mods you have to do to push it to 190kw ???

Why do I get a feeling, this has got something to do with Euro III compliance (ie MMA stiffling the 3.8 with a dodgy intake to pass Euro III), at least it will be an easy 5kw performance mod

So lets put in the KIWI less intrusive air intake on the 380.

What will the cost be & where can you get them, once the 380 is out & about.

Bunnings Warehouse, for various PVC pipes, and cost would be about $20 :P

Cool. At least the kiwis know how to add a bit more punch to the sporty models even though its just 5 kw. 180kw is on par with the ralliart but with more torque. :) Just imagine better headers and a less restrictive exhaust..really keen to hear how the engine sounds like as most reports say it sounds sweet... :)
