They would fit (H4) if you have an exec, but you will find that they are very blue, and dim. Their lifetime would also be fairly short.
Read about ebay blue bulbs (and why they are evil) in the headlamp faq...
If you spend some money, you can get a far superior bulb that is a nice white/blue colour, that actually produces the same light as the standard bulb (instead of less, like ALL other blue coated bulbs) - Philips BlueVision.
For better light than standard - Philips Vision Plus - this is an excellent bulb in H4.

lol. Totally took your advise and much happier with standard lighting than white light. You tend wanting to believe that you are looking at things brighter but I find using white lights has made my vision less clearer and also being a glare for other peoples eyes.
No matter what white bulb you use, even good ones, I ask you to consider for others on the road. I have seen clear white lights but however is still kind of painful in some people's eyes at night, especially when the cars do not have tinted glass it becomes as annoying as high beam. I took of my HID immediately after reading Heath's articles. and I think it is really a good article to read for those who still insist on HID or white lights. You can buy some cheap ones to try and see if what was said its true about EBay HID lights.
I'll tell you what I know. The bulbs you have listed are too hot. Just because the K rating is way up there, does not mean they are the best light. Its actually the reverse. The higher you go in Kelvin, the less light and lumens you'l have. 4100-4300K is the sweet spot. This is whats fitted to vehicles straight from the manufacturers. Anything up to 5000K is acceptable. Anything over that and you're throwing your money away. Those would be a total waste.
My Clio has Xenon HID's fitted standard as its a Cup version. Bloody brilliant too! :D

5000K is about as high as you would ever go... ADR's will not cover anything higher.
The Clios have nice headlamps, IIRC they use Bosch projectors (same as Audi TT/ E46 BMW) - nice projectors... Work well in a Magna as well...

Yeah, I'm not sure what projectors are in the Clio Heath, but it sure lights up the road like daylight. They seem to have a very sharp cutoff on the right which is good for oncoming drivers I guess. A little bit more fade on the passengers side. I do put the lower driving lights on sometimes also. They fill in the area between the start of the headlights pattern and the car. Works well, and I've never been flashed as the whole setup seems very oncoming-driver friendly. My car is pretty darn small and sits low to begin with also. Highbeam is excellent for the country. Big spread and long throw. If you put this setup into your Magna, you'd be well impressed. Not sure about the cost factor though...
