Is it easy to throw a 3rd gen around the corners? With FRW if you power out of corners you can get the arse out a bit, how would you go about getting the arse out in a magna?

By FRW I assume you mean FWD? Magnas drift quite gently at the back on high speed corners - especially if you have a rear roll bar fitted. If you uprate the front bar as well and do a few other tweaks (see my profile under suspension mods) then yeah, its easy to get the tail oversteering - which I agree is not 'usual' for FWD and is one of the more pleasant things about Magnas.

But its not powersliding oversteer such as when a RWD car oversteers and spins its rear wheels at the same time - for that you have to have RWD (lobotomy optional).

I wish my magna was rear wheel drive... that would be so cool

Im fine with front wheel drive.

Once you get used to it, I hopped into a 300ZX and completely screwed up around corners.

It was my Nimbus days that taught me how to control a FWD car. lol

Failing that, maccas trays work too.

you'll find a bit of lift off oversteer happens if your going fast enough (doubt it). its either that or failing that just apply some brakes mid corner at 100+, thats caugt me out a fair few times now. too much speed and reefing the wheel will do it too i found out. handbrake doesn't really work too well because if you have to use the hand brake to get it out then your probably not going fast enough for it to kick out and stay out.

handbrake works just fine for me..... :P

BtW just out of curiosity, which way do u guys like drifting the most....drifitng your car left (where u look at the drivers window) or right (where ur looking out the passenger window)??

When i do drift i prefer drifting leftfor some reason...

lol thats cos ur a male like myself...apparently chicks (if they can drive to start with!!!! :D) can drift better because their brain works equally as good on the left side as the right whereas our's doesnt

i havent heard any solid proof to this if its true or a tall tale tell me =)
