Just got my 93 TR 2.6L Magna a month ago and I need to buy a tool set to do an oil change myself. Does anyone know what size of wrench(mm) I should use for the motor oil drain plug? How about the transmission drain plug too?(manual)

Thanks :)

Probably be a 15-16mm just dive under and have a look, can't hurt plus you'll then have a visual idea of what your doing.

worst case, use an adjustable spanner to just get the size and bring it to the shop to get the closest.

Do not forget the washer that you should get from mitsubishi if required.

24 mm from memory, I simply have a single hex socket i use and rarely look at the size :)

You will need an "O" ring, not a wahser for the drain plug BTW

24mm ring spanner or socket... whatever you use, make sure it gets this thing from all sides... open ender wont do it, nor will an adjustable spanner... the bolt head is not very thick and it kinda recesses in the sump
