hey guys i wana get my tr looking ultra low :badgrin: but i rang up every place i could find in the yellow pages and they said all they could do is get lows for the tr magnas ? :nuts: pretty stupid if u ask me but i dont wana spend the money getting airbags and i dont have the room in my boot for it so has any oine cut their springs before and any pics of any ones tr or ts looking really really low any help would be great cheers

go coilovers... for a bit more than springs and shoks, you'll get adjustable height and dampener.
As far as springs go, all you can really do is superlows and compressors.
I'm sure 2nd gens take the same springs as 3rd gens and I think whiteline do superlows for the front and back.

alright thanks i will have to do a hell of a lot of research because i know nothing about this part of my car as wy im asking so all the help would be great and i dont grow money trees lol so cheapest ways possible thanks

yeh thats what i was thinking then when i wana sell it i wil buy some second and springs from the magna wreckers down here but i will just tell everyone i have coils lol :bowrofl: thanks guys still any descent way at a reasonable price would be sik

DO NOT CHOP springs unless you are simply a bloody idiot.

The springs from the third gen are the same as the second with exception that the rears are thicker which is good, that is what I run in mine.

Get some Kings, Lovells or what ever, get them properly compressed and you are set. Do not go too low as you will loose your suspension travel and that is a disaster.

Only way around that is to get lowered platforms on the struts, getting the replacement struts that were made to replace the airbag suspension in the Verada will give you the lower plarforms.

There is a guy on the coast advertising lowered suspension using king springs from $299. Place is called oxenford budget tyres, Siganto Drive Oxenford. Why not give him a call. Buzz.

Unless that is fitted is way too much, a pair of kings should not be more that $110 or there abouts

yeh pretty sure thats fitted front and rear. I rang for price on my ks verada and thats what he said.$300 to $320.
